Limits

What Oh Fax accepts, keeps, and refunds.

Destinations & documents

• United States and Canada only.
• PDF only, up to 25 MB and 100 pages.
• Outbound faxes only — receiving is not offered.
• Currency: USD. $2.00 per fax up to 100 pages (card); 2¢ per page from a prepaid balance or MPP stablecoin.

Retention

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted 24 hours after a fax reaches a final state. We keep a record of the transaction (destination, page count, timing, content hash) but not the document contents.

Refunds

If a fax cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full and told why — busy line, unanswered call, or not a working fax line. Successfully delivered faxes are not refundable (a delivered fax cannot be recalled). Contact support@ohfax.com if you believe you were charged in error.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited advertising or bulk faxing. Premium-rate and service numbers are blocked. Accounts used for junk faxing are terminated without refund.
