What Agent Fax accepts, keeps, and refunds.
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted 24 hours after a fax reaches a final state. We keep a record of the transaction (destination, page count, timing, content hash) but not the document contents.
If a fax cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full and told why — busy line, unanswered call, or not a working fax line. Successfully delivered faxes are not refundable (a delivered fax cannot be recalled). Contact alecaej2002@gmail.com if you believe you were charged in error.
No unsolicited advertising or bulk faxing. Premium-rate and service numbers are blocked. Accounts used for junk faxing are terminated without refund.
